Fair Compensation Policy

Avalanche Technology does not tolerate any forms of unlawful harassment, discrimination and/or retaliation in its workplace. In accordance with the law, Avalanche mandates all employees to attend formal harassment training every two years. All existing employees have been through this mandatory training class. As a company, Avalanche Technology is 100% compliant today. All new hires must complete this training within the first six months of employment.

Harassment Policy

Safety Policy

Avalanche Technology continuously monitors all employees on safety practices and requirements and eliminate handling of any material that requires safe handling through procedures specifically developed to ensure safe handling that could harm or threaten human life or health during manufacturing, usage or disposal of products.

Avalanche Technology’s code of conduct requires the highest standard of business ethics and integrity from all employees. We expect honest and ethical behavior from all employees, contractors and suppliers while conducting business on behalf of the Company.

Avalanche Technology does not allow nor will it tolerate any activity or behavior that is used to gain improper advantage or favor with customers or governments worldwide.
